In the early 20th century, adventurous young women blazed a trail from the strait-laced cities of the east to the Wild West, where they learned how to rope, ride, and buck in the popular travelling rodeo shows. This versatile unlined jacket, adapted from vintage cowgirl costumes, features princess seams, a shawl collar, and set-in sleeves. The pattern includes three different shoulder yoke variations and two cuff yoke and pocket shape variations, as well as an optional belt.
